Had no problems with this one! Yes you get that tingly warm feeling but assuming it’s partly the niacin. My workouts have been better, more focused and aggressive. Would definitely buy again. Too early to tell if serious thermogenic effect but ingredient list stacks up so not too concerned. With the focus it gives to my training that will come! Highly recommended if looking for a strong pre workout.
