My husband had a long time complaining of acne on his neck due to shaving (it was soooo bad) so I started using this on his neck 2 times per day and everything was gone in less than 3 days without leaving any scar!!! I also use it over my back when I have breakouts and now i’m addicted to it It almost has a strong orange like scent so may be bothering if using on face, the pads are soaked well, its size is big and it has one side with smooth surface and another size of exfoliating surface Note: it would dry your body as any salicylic acid product so you have to moisturize your body after using it
