This is wonderful. It REALLY helped my bf with his eczema, from what I understand it both repairs the gut as well as helps in heavy metal detox. This is the third one I’m buying as the dosage for this to be effective is quite high (starting with 10g and going all the way up to 20g per day) for him. I’m about to begin my heavy metal detox as well and will be using this one together with him. The taste is a little off putting to me, but for my bf is fine, so if you’re sensitive to weird tastes maybe consider taking in pill form. We just dissolve it in water. I used to use glutamine just for muscles but it turns out that it actually does not do that much. I’m sure it does help but what it does do is it helps your gut Microbiome and is actually very good for Stomach lining
