Super B-50, High Potency , 90 Capsules

I like this B complex as it has the best ingredients folate rather than folic acid & the no toxic form of vitamin B12. The size of the capsules makes it easy to swallow. The quality is good & the dose seems to give the best effects. I would buy this product again.

My health mentor told me to take a B Complex capsule to alleviate the numbness in my left thigh. I think it is meralgia parasthetica though is undiagnosed. Turns out I didn't need a doctor's diagnosis; I just need a B Complex vitamin because the neuropathy is gone. I'm so happy about this because it is no fun. I chose this Vitamin B formula because it contains B12 in the form of methylcobalamin which ensures good absorption of this important vitamin.

It's an overall a good B complex that doesn't cause niacin flush. It supports my daily B vitamin needs, but I wish I had read the label instead of just the ingredient list on iherb because it does contain some folic acid. I prefer to avoid this because of MTHFR genetic variants, but if you don't have that it's fine.
