I compared many many b-complex, this one came out on top. Here are my preferences: - Equal quantities, not causing imbalances - B9 is in salt form which is not masking B12 deficiency like folic acid. - B12 is methylcobalamin, not cianocobalamin, providing methyl helping/protecting liver instead of toxic cyanic compound damaging the liver. - B5, B9, B12 and Biotin is lower amount then in many other B complexes, which is great if your sleep is not the best. These would keep you awake more. - Choline/Inositol ratio is great, more inositol is better to support/protect liver - Sustained release: Vitamin B-s are better to be available for longer period of time instead of have one dose at a short period time. NaturesPlus has excellent quality, great product, good ingredients. Packaging size is perfect, no wasted space, bottle cap are easy for daily use. I would highly recommend this B complex to everyone.
