Niacinamide, 250 mg, 100 Tablets

I ran across the many benefits of niacinamide on the Ray Peat forums. It's particularly good at balancing out the main hormones that often mess us up. Dr. Peat was recommending about 200mg per day, which turns out to be quite difficult to find at that dosage. I came across the KAL product, here on iHerb, and gave it a try. Perfect! It takes a bit longer to arrive, but I'm not looking for 500mg or 1,000mg servings. There's another product that's 100mg, but then I have to take two. I've also tried some of the other KAL products, as a result of this being my first try. They're all very good, and a quality product. Plus, niacinamide is the "non flush" version of niacin. And Dr. Peat particularly spoke about niacinamide. Not niacin.

I understand that with capsule comes unwanted additives, but this is quite unpleasant to take, I cannot swallow it a one piece, and once it is bitten, the taste is not great. Also, can be tolerated.

This appears to be good quality. After some time, I’ve noticed a difference in my ability to stay calm and gives energy. The ingredients seem to be thoughtfully chosen and retain potency well. I have found it critical to have with plenty of water for the highest absorption. Perfect size tablets

It’s high dosage so I divided the pill and made it half a day then noticed it has calming affect and helped me to focus better but it causes constipation so I stopped it, use it with caution
