Easy to swallow, just the right size and nice and slippery capsule. Easy to get down even though it is big. I take it daily support. I have not had any negative reactions.

For what it's worth, it has a nice minty taste (or sensation rather) after taking. I wanted to love this B complex supplement, but as another buyer has shared pictures, the pills started to expand and crack after some time. Perhaps it's not suitable in tropical climates.
