I usually purchased regular Niacin (as nicotinic acid) bottles. RecentIy I feel the skin flush on me become very uncomfortable and unbearable. I switched to this type of flush free Niacin feel OK. I hope the efficacy would be the same .

This niacin is mainly inositol, so there will be no flushing reaction. I just saw a special price and it is still one and a half years old. It is worth buying for supplementation.

These capsules are too big, which makes them hard to organise into daily containers with other supplements. Will look for small capsules/pills next time I'm buying niacin. Too bulked up with extra ingredients.
