Trace Minerals, 30 Tablets

Not much to say but this product contains many trace minerals which other products do not include. It also has other mineral and vitamin complexes in it. It gives me a big energy boost since starting them and my bones are less achy. These are amazing and you only take 1 per day!

I wanted to try this brand of trace minerals and compare them to the Life Extension brand. The KAL does have iodine which convinced me to get it. So far, I've I haven't noticed a difference, but I'm curious to see what my thyroid markers will look like with the added zinc, copper, and selenium.

I've been using this for years, & I find it to be a very helpful supplement for my thyroid. I do wish it was either in a smaller bottle, or had more pills in each bottle. Such a large bottle, for such a small number of pills, seems wasteful of plastic. Also, don't be alarmed by the gross smell. (Disclosure - I am supposedly earning a reward for writing this review, but all that I wrote above, is my truthful opinion, I just wouldn't have posted, without the incentive.)

The tablets are small and you only need one, not like some other brands that have a lot of fillers and are huge. I notice that I feel better when I take one of these tablets every other day. I am very happy and this is the brand I will recommend to my friends.

Hello Iherb , Let me share this opinion about this product I choose this product when I was looking for something containing all these ingredients which are essential for patient with hypothyroidism , Diabetes & female health The way of using , opening & packaging are normal small size box suitable to amount of tablets , Also the product has a good effect . The dosage I take 2 daily or sometimes 1 I didn't feel bad taste for the Price & quantity also are acceptable , But I hope they make some offers & discounts . Thanks
