Excellent product. Optimal dosage. Excellent quality and ingredients. This brand has never let me down. I took it just to drink and in case of a pre-illness condition. It pulled me out of illness several times. Good for strengthening the immune system. I began to feel noticeably better. There was a noticeable cheerfulness and energy and in general a good effect is felt.

These chewable tabs are a great way to take vitamins especially anyone who isn’t getting enough sun. Vitamin D deficiency can be dangerous. I really like the fact that they’re sweetened with xylitol, because vitamins should have healthy ingredients and not damage teeth. A lot of other vitamins are sweetened with damaging chemicals. They taste like candy canes. A little confused about the packaging, the bottle is disproportionately large for the size of its contents. But the count is good. Tabs are VERY small, pour with caution.
