Quality of ingredients are high. Size of the capsule is comparable to swallow. The dosage is one capule per day. Benefit for nails,skin. Taste is mild. These are delicious, and I noticed a positive improvement in my hair and skin . Great for travel or use as an afternoon/ evening sweet treat while getting in your collagen I just wish it were cheaper, but I would rather take these than powders any day.

The taste is a bit not my type, but otherwise the product is good - easy eat and tummy feels wells. Much better than a powder-type collagen.
