I’ve switched to using plant based protein powder derived from seeds and it’s made a massive difference in how my body digests protein powders. The ones based on beans with lots of other ingredients always upset my stomach, but this very simple pumpkin seed protein doesn’t. It also tastes super good, nutty and subtle enough to be used in smoothies etc. I’m a big fan and the price is reasonable

Well this is a quality pumpkin seed protein powder it's nearly 5 bucks cheaper than the brand I was using before I love using this in my smoothies for Xtra protein and nutrition I will buy this again the size seems to be xtra fair for the price.

Pumpkin seed is not only full of minerals (manganese, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc &iron) it's also full of antioxidants like flavonoids and phenolic acids. Fiber in it can be prebiotic (food for probiotic). How great is this smoothie staple! The company finally made a bigger bag (2 pounds) so I don't have to open another new bag every few days. I hate using protein powders because of their taste. This one is kind of nutty. It’s pretty mild. It can easily be disguised with fruit or nut butter. It’s green!
