My husband and I started taking this vitamin, and we have both noticed benefits from doing so. My husband takes it after training, and he feels he recovers more quickly with less muscle soreness, even after heavy lifting days. I started adding this to my diet after my doctor ran tests and found that I was deficient in some of the amino acids. I’ve noticed I have more energy since starting this supplement. I appreciate that this is made with good quality ingredients with no unnecessary fillers or preservatives. The capsule size is reasonable, it’s easy to swallow, and there is no after taste.

I really like that it is liposomal delivery as that means the bioavailability will be better and my body intakes it better which is good because if you take a vitamin but your body doesn’t absorb it what’s the point? I like that It’s good quality ingredients. I also like that it’s in capsule form so it’s easier for me to take especially since I don’t really like gummies or aftertastes. One con is I think packaging could be a bit smaller since it has a lot of room with air but I don’t know if that’s needed to keep vitamins fresh. But I think almost any packaging of anything could be reduced or made more eco friendly.

They say these 9 EAA's are a great thing for athletes and people that work out, but, hello, what better workout is there than pregnancy and birth? I've used these for over a month now and I do believe it works. The recovery time is very good after exercise. I don't seem to have much soreness or achiness as I did before. I also seem to have maintained my weight and then some, which means I am gaining muscle mass. So far I get muscle growth and recovery. Highly recommended!!
