First started with 1/3rd caps cos these were the only ones for PWMCS that had no synthetic chemicals added on top of the nutrients. A.I. chat had warned me it could lower my BP (I also have POTS or severe low BP). Nothing. No help, no change. I then took the entire capsule and it didn't give me one iota of energy, did not lift my severe fatigue. I have co-morbidities so YMMV. At 50 pops a bottle, way too expensive to lose that kind of money for nothing.
