The quality of this L-Lysine must be unusually great as I have tried other brands that had less effect. This bottle size of 180 capsules last quite a while as I don't have to take more than is recommended to get a better result.

I like this product because it offers high mg content in each capsule, but the capsules are not overly huge, like some other brands offer with fewer mg in them. Other brands have large, chalky tablets that scrape my throat because they are too big. Those big, solid ones are hard to handle. These capsules are easy to swallow.
