I’ve been using these collagen capsules with biotin and vitamin C for a few months, and they seem to be working well. These are so much better than the powder to dissolve in a drink. Even the 'flavorless' powder has a hint of the taste that makes it gross for me. Love these. This supplement works well and the dose is fewer pills. I have only been taking it for 2 weeks and my nails are already showing improvement. Additionally, I like that the collagen has several types. It is not easy finding a supplement with different collagen without any fish ingredients. I have a severe all seafood allergy.
