My practitioner recommended that I use the magnesium lotion before sleep. The first time I used it, I woke up so refreshed. Since then, my family joined me in using it. The scent is horrible though - so if I use my hands to apply, I wash it afterwards. Now, I just pump it to my inner arm and rub my arms together. Same with my legs - I pump it on my foot and rub my feet together. Great quality.

Really nice texture. Rubs in well and is very moisturising. Works well before bedtime for children as it’s not itchy like the magnesium oils. Ordering my third bottle!

This lotion is super thick but it absorbs quickly and leaves absolutely no residue. I use on my knees, shoulders, and anywhere I need a little relief. Excellent quality and size. No scent and gentle on the skin

Unscented and helps with achy joints..I bought this for my mother and it's been helping her knees and also her hands. It also helped with restless legs.

Love this for my feet/legs in the evening. Been using it because of these pregnancy lower leg cramps and it seems like it’s been helping! Also for those achy feet in the morning

Excellent product, easy to dispense. Not fond of the scent of the magnesium itself (the lotion is unscented) but I’ll deal with that since it helps restless legs
