Magnesium Oil Sport Roll-On, 3 fl oz (89 ml)

I’ve been having recurring back and hip pain. I try not to use any NSAIDS - and have tried several different pain ointments, “arthritis” creams, Arnica gels, even CBD roll-on and nothing made a difference. I’ve just been using hot and cold therapy, which helps quite a bit . But a friend had recommended magnesium oil. I really didn’t expect it to work because I take magnesium orally every day and I’ve used magnesium oil in the past for something else and did nothing. Everybody’s different and what works for one person may not for the other, but I was literally shocked that this actually has worked every time I’ve used it!!! When my back is bothering the morning, I just roll it on and usually within a short period of time my back is not hurting and it lasts all day. I really have no idea why this works so well, but I’m glad that it does! If you’re struggling with any kind of pain, it’s definitely worth trying!!!

I like that this roll-on contains additional extracts and natural oils such as eucalyptus oil and peppermint oil. That adds some cooling effect when I apply it to the sore or tense muscles after exercise. Has the scent of these natural oils as well, but it is pleasant and not too strong. I don't particularly like the greasy feel left on the skin after applying it as it all does not absorb immediately, but that is universal to all magnesium oils. I use it from several times per week to daily and had no skin irritation. Overall good quality, nice packaging, convenient size that can be carried to the gym as well, and good value for money.

I am very pleased with this magnesium oil from Life-flo in roll-on format. It is easy to apply and of good quality. I have been using Life-flo's magnesium products for many years.

Most convenient in this packaging! I have been using the same product but in spray bottle. It leaks sometimes when travelling with it. Now it's so convenient but expensive for the ozs you pay.

The product has a wonderfully fresh and refreshing scent. Roll on is really convenient to use and the product spreads well with it. The size is also suitable, easy to take with you, but still big enough to last several uses. A product that seems to be of high quality. I tried it for pain in the shoulder area and legs and it seemed to get the blood circulating and relieved the symptoms.

I use it as a deodorant and packaging is so easy to use.
