I prefer vanilla bean paste to extract and I've added this to my pantry for those times when you don't really need the high end stuff to satisfy some young cookie monsters. I like the McCormick brand. I am particular about where I spend my dollar and they are an old family business that employs a lot of workers and offers high quality affordable products. If I need to buy a mainstream brand for spices I reach for McCormick.

Taste really stands out in all my baking endeavours, smoothies, hot beverages It is something I use every day and has become my favourite ingredient Packaging surprised it: I’ve seen vanilla in bottles, sealed micro envelopes and so on, not so much in a tube. It’s a good size tube with a generous portion of product I love it

honestly tho, can you go wrong with vanilla extract? I love buying clean high quality ingredients like this for my kitchen. the taste is obviasly great, and using it in my cakes recipes really upgraded the game for me. love the size of the package as well. would probably purchese again. I truly love the smell

Yesterday I was preparing muffins and put quite a big amount in the batter. Honestly I didn’t feel any vanilla taste to my blueberry muffins. I was honestly surprised because I put descent amount of it. When you open it it does smell strongly like vanilla but other than that, nothing special. Gooey substance and the tube is not big at all. The price was not very cheap and size is quite small for it. I am not sure if it is better for the diet. But I am not buying it again.
