I was diagnosed with prediabetic state last year in June.In July I started taking doing intermittent fasting and taking belberine. After 1 year I repeated the blood test and happy to say all the readings are normal. Not prediabetic anymore.I will continue to take belberine and I find that this particular brand works better for me.Tried other brands when this was not available but I find this is best for me.So when it is available I buy more.They are of good quality and high dosage.No side effects or after taste.Did my kidney and liver function test all is good.Will continue taking this .Highly recommended for those who want to control their sugar.
