I take this with Swanson Soy - and have been impressed with the results after a month. Decrease in hot flashes, irritability, appetite, and fatigue. Increased energy and motivation, and my quality of sleep has improved. No negative side effects noted, easy to swallow, no taste.
I take these in alternative days when I don't take red clover blossom alone. They have a great size and taste normal. I am a huge swanson fan they have a great quality products and this one is great to balance woman hormonal problems that you can get as you age or with weight gains which is my case
