A friend of mine recommended Berberine to me. I noticed that my arthritis in my hands didn't hurt as much. Then I had to go for a test at the hospital and I had to quit taking it for 5 days. Wow I really felt a difference then, I hurt. I believe Terry's Naturals Berberine is high quality and I will continue taking it. I also think it has lowered my glucose. Very glad of that. it's worth trying it.
And it is sooo much easier on my stomach! I was about to give up on taking Berberine but something told me try the regular one closer to natural and its exactly what I needed. I don't know what process is done to that Berberine HCL but I would be cautious of it if your'e on the fence not knowing which Berberine to get.
this is by far my fav Berberine supplement on iherb. I have PCOS, IBS and upset stomach. i cannot tolerate any other berberine supplement (w/ HCL, for eg). this one helps with sugar cravings and its gentle. its effective, so if i take a capsule and dont eat around 20 mins after, i start feeling dizzy (sugar gets very low). so... it works xD
This has been a great benefit for me with quality ingredients free from sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, dairy products, artificial coloring, flavoring and preservatives. The dosage is one capsule, which is a size easy to swallow, three times daily with meals. There is no taste with this capsule. It has helped with my cholesterol level, plus my overall metabolic health.
Pleased with the quality of ingredients and packaging with clean full capsules. There is a bitter taste to the capsule, but it goes away after you take a drink. It's worth it. The benefits of this supplement are starting to show, but it takes time. I'll continue to use and recommend.
I was really happy to find Terry Naturally Berberine with such a reliable kosher certification, especially because it is considered one of the stronger certifications available. I had heard from many people that berberine can cause stomach problems, but thankfully, I haven’t experienced any digestive issues at all. I’m still at the beginning of my berberine journey and waiting to see whether it will support my weight-loss goals, but so far, I’ve been really enjoying it. When purchasing supplements, it’s important to go with a trusted brand that has third party testing. This one checks that box and it has worked for me. Could not get my A1C down on Metformin.
