I got this to start with because it doesn't contain methyls. Slow COMT genes run in our family, so this was a great option to start with before attempting to add any forms of methyl donors. Excellent quality ingredients. Folinic acid instead of folic acid. This paired with a couple of other vitamins had my daughter's energy levels rising within days.
I have slow COMT and heterogenous MTHFR gene mutations. I didn’t realize how important the b vitamins need to be supported. I started experiencing some blood pressure drops upon standing and decided to start taking this consistently. I tried increasing my folate and b12 with Seeking healths lozenges but it was too much. Too much presents as anxiety and agitation. Who knew?!? I wish I would have knew this as a child. My life would have been so different!

Good choice for anyone sensitive to methyl groups who still need higher doses of b vitamins. I take multivitamin one from seeking health on a daily basis and a capsule of B Complex MF a couple of days a week. I used to take extra folinic acid + hydroxy/adenosyl B12 which was expensive. This is a much more cost effective supplement. Also just love Seeking Health as a brand. I really trust the quality.
I have a fairly sensitive system and this B complex has been easy for me to take. I use it a few times a week for light support and it’s settled in well. The capsules are comfortable and simple to add in when needed.
This is the ONLY MF B complex I've been able to tolerate. I feel great on this and so does my daughter. This is a God send. Please keep it forever for people like us who need it!
Take this in the morning before my daily run, gives me energy instead of an energy drink. Very nice packaging, good size capsules and I like that it’s methyl free.
Good Quality supplement and the right form / best absorbed by our body B complex. A big amount of Biotin so if you need it for skin, nails this is great...
