Followed the instructions and managed to make a skyr white cheese easily digestable. I did add a bit more than the recommendation for the milk, since the cheese is thicker. As some of the lactose free products, it did lead to slight sweetness, but did not affect the cheese quality. Highly recommend for lactose intolerant people, who miss soft cheese or whipped cream.

I will not continue using it. It does the job but on raw milk it turns it slimy and I felt worse drinking milk treated with this than not.
