I bought this due to the potency and form. Most Vitamin B3 supplements contain 500mg of a non-flush form. For specific reasons, I (and many other people) require the flush-form of Niacin, in a lower dosage that can be taken several times per day. This supplement is exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price point. The only alternative is Dr Mercola, which is notoriously more expensive. Unfortunately, this product includes Silica. This ingredient has come under scruteny in the past few years and I truly hope that the brand manages to find an alternative "anti caking agent" in the future.
