The ingredients are so effective together. The black pepper helps the body to absorb the Turmeric/Curcumin. I have seen some improvement with pain in my joints and muscles. There is really no taste. My main concern was if it would upset my stomach and it does not which is a blessing! I will continue to take to see more benefits in the future. Taking natural and clean herbs takes the body longer to heal. So I will let patience have its perfect work. I would recommend this product.

Product arrived on time and looks very decent in terms of quality. I’ve been using it for about three months now. I can’t say for certain that I feel a noticeable effect yet, but these things usually take time. I like that it also contains black pepper extract, which should help improve curcumin absorption. No side effects whatsoever so far. Easy to take with water, and it can also be blended into shakes, smoothies, or added to other foods. Overall, satisfied with the product

easy to sollow not expensive very good for your health

A great complex for the winter. I usualy juice turmeric and ginger but this is nice when I don't have time
