I like this type of combo. because they synergistically assist each element to absorb better. The softgels are not too big and it really is a potent formula with 1500 mcgs. of retinal palmitate(fat soluble), 5000 IU's of Vit. D3 from cholecalciferol and 800 mcgs. of Vit. K 1 and 2 and MK-4 and -7. Great formula in 1 daily dose. Definitely recommend.

Love this option. I researched a lot until finding this perfect combination of dosage that comes with a type of oil since vitamin D is not water soluble. I wish it was coconut or olive oil but you cant always win. I still eat something fatty while taking it to guarantee maximum absorption. Since I started taking this one plus 1000mg of vitamin C, I havent been sick since. It has been 5 months and which a child in daycare that was happening every month. I wont be stopping these daily intake! I can totally feel and see the benefit! No taste and small size capsule.
