I had a very bad urinary infection and I was left with symptoms and sensitivity. I think this, along with Cranberries supplement, is helping. Slowly but surely, it's helping in the long term. I am not completely okay, but my symptoms are better. Coming again to buy and to update review: definitely worth trying. This is one of the best things that helps with urinary infections. You have to take for a long period, 3/ day and it helps

Absolutely great quality supplement. Pure ingredient monosaccharide. Works the best. I really feel it’s working. Good dosage. The size of the capsules is huge though. But it’s swallowable. And tastes very sweet

I only take 700 mg or 1 pill a day of the D-Mannose kand I have not had a urinary tract infection since I started taking them. I was told by my urologist to take 2100 mg a day but I am doing well in just the 700 mg a day. I also take a concentrated cranberry pill each day and use an estrogen cream twice a week.
Definitely a great quality product. Ingredients are clear, size for me is fine, depending on the person the dosage is up to you. Benefits exactly what it says or you need thirds for., no taste. Sufficient strength for everyday use. Highly recommended.
The pills are slightly larger than the average supplement pill, so they are a bit harder to swallow. Make sure you have enough water. The amount you get and size of the bottle is a pretty good value in my opinion. These don't have added cranberry extract, which might be a downside for some people.
