I haven’t completed the full container of this yet, so haven’t really noticed much in the way of physical benefits (but from what I’ve read, it does take a while for creatine to start to do its thing) but it is not a bother to take at all. I can tell it’s mixed in my water, but it really doesn’t taste much like anything and there’s hardly any texture to be put off by. Will likely purchase another tub as I can’t imagine any other brand would be better.

Was looking to add a quality creatine to my regimen and this fits the bill. It is tasteless and easy to mix into anything I am drinking, even plain water.
