this triphala is the best for liver and cleansing gut bowels Not constipating and doeasnt give diarreh nor doesnt give bowel pain like castor oil but some individuals can have stomach ache woth this.To me was helpful with regular bowel movement

One of my favourite morning drink Triphala powder and it is very rich in vitamin C. Triphala powder is Very good for immune system , digestive health and detoxifying. It tastes little bit bitter but I don’t mind given the all good benefits it has.

i've heard it has a lot of different vitmains and antioxidants (if i remember right) in triphala. i liked it as it is organic, also it is from india too. i like the taste. I'll just have to keep that in mind to consume it daily basis.
