When I open it, I can smell the nice scent of basil. I'm taking it hoping for a similar effect to GABA. I also hope it will help keep my blood sugar levels low. It's not a drug, so there aren't any dramatic changes, but there are no side effects, so I'll continue taking it for a while.
I didn't notice the promised benefits, I only get anxiety

I don't love fresh basil in my food and was suggested I have more basil in my diet as per a gut test I did. It was suggested to lower blood sugars, LDL cholesterol and inflammation, for wound and tissue healing and immune support after a course of antibiotics - and it is a powerful antioxidant. Be warned of the basil burps! Only need to do one bottle post flu or any infection that has a negative impact on your immune system.
I have been taking 2 capsules daily. I did a cortisol test by saliva and found out that the level is a little bit higher during mid day. so I took them one hour earlier to manage my cortisol and keep it low. I have been doing this for 2 months and started to feel so much better. I will order again since I saw results and felt great.
Using tulsi in capsule form... can be difficult to determine the quality of the ingredients, but, in this case, the nice fresh smell of tulsi herb can be felt instantly, and 'inspecting' the ingredients of the capsule you can smell and taste even more the excellence of its ingredients. Tulsi has a soothing and calming effect, so, in case you want to take it in capsule form, this product is perfect to do so.
