Not the most potent ashwagandha I've had, but it is high quality. Beware dosage - 1/4 tsp is approx. equivalent to what a capsule would hold. I was taking a 1/2 tsp or more and felt it was too strong. Scaling back to minimal dose helped. Would buy this from Banyan again.
Ashwagandha is one an addition that cannot be lived normally . It suppresses stress and increases testosterone.
