IT DOES NOT BUDGE, so you have to be quick with it and sure because once it dries it stays, the quality feels great and the packaging is interesting, it doesn’t have a scent to it, all in all a good eyeliner and I’m buying the brown one

Doesn’t irritate my eyes even if I use it for a long time. Love the brown shade more than the black gives a very natural look. But the black is not very dark.
I used to use these years ago. I remember it was ok but now for some reason it was dry, quality was not good, I couldn't use it and had to put another eyeliner on top. not a good coverage at all. texture wasn't good, was vary dry and empty.

This is a waterproof liquid eyeliner, and once it’s on and you let it dry, it doesn’t smudge or budge at all. I like the size of the brush tip, it makes it easy to draw the thinnest eyeliner. I use and put this in my professional Makeup Artist kit. The color is rich and when you draw, the color doesn’t skip. The only concern is that it has a glossy finish to it, which i dont mind but if you do, then this eyeliner is not for you.
