My favourite brand of supplements for kids! Not just for the lovely Dino design, but the composition is really great too. I take this multivitamins for winter period when the veggies are scarce with nutrients
My children love the taste of these vitamins however my only complaint is that once the jar is opened and has been exposed to the smallest amount of humidity, they began to become softer. Both of my son's use a pill box to keep track of their intake and by the end of the week the vitamins have begun to change colour (brighter) and they've become softer by just being exposed to air. Aside from that, we love them as well as the ingredients.
These actually taste decent so I’m not having to argue with my daughter about taking them.
The shampoo is perfect also the b complex is good and the biotin is perfect
I got these for my son as he was always getting the cold while at school, even during summer . He has taken these for 4 months and not once has he got sick. The taste is bearable, they aren't the best tasting but until he can swallow a pill these will do.

I bought the KAL MultiSaurus Mixed Berry chewables for my husband because he has trouble swallowing capsules, and we just wanted a simple vitamin supplement. The chewables come in fun dinosaur shapes, which makes taking vitamins more enjoyable and a bit playful—definitely a plus if you want to get kids interested too! The mixed berry flavor is pretty good, not too sweet or artificial tasting. Since they’re chewable, they’re easy to take and don’t feel like medicine at all. Overall, it’s a convenient and tasty way to get daily vitamins, especially for anyone who dislikes swallowing pills. I also like the package which is designed with some dinosaurs.
