I had high hopes for this, but unfortunately the taste really didn’t work for me the lemonade one. It has a bitter aftertaste and leaves a weird feeling in the back of my throat after drinking it. I do appreciate the ingredient profile and the fact that it mixes well, but the flavor makes it hard to enjoy. I might try a different flavor next time, but I wouldn’t buy this one again. Also I liked the other ingredient in it that make it a good BCAA in the market.

The flavor is very strong, but delicious. I dissolve in 32 oz of cold water and the flavor is still really robust. Dissolves relatively easily and helps keep you hydrated and wards off fatigue. Tastes amazing, with a fruity tropical flavor.

I wouldn’t recommend getting the snowcone flavoured one get the strawberry one instead. trust me. Idk how to describe the flavor but it had such a bad aftertaste, and after a sweaty cardio sesh you want something rly refreshing and tasty. this wasn’t it. but the ingredients and quality of the actual supplement is great!
