The taste is a bit sour and not so much honey. Due to the xsilitol the calories are not low. I also don’t like using this ingredient as it is risky for pets. Be careful if you have one …

The product has a color and texture of honey, but it doesn't taste like it. It's sweet with a slight hint of sourness - interesting new taste, worth trying. Note that the bottle is very small (14 oz), much smaller than it looks in the picture.
The taste is fine and I can use it with my diet. It was solidified in the package when I got it though. I had to use a double boiler and it made me question the quality. I used it with my tea. It is normal honey container sized. The serving size is a tablespoon and 11 carbs per serving.
