These energy bars are really satisfying. The ingredients taste natural, with caramel sweetness balanced by almond and a hint of sea salt. These are my go-to for breakfast and working out. I can't handle much caffeine in coffee or tea, but I can definitely tolerate the caffeine in these bars! If I am working out, I will eat one about 1/2 hour to 45 mins. before and it really helps my energy level -- particularly in the late afternoon when I'm dragging -- so that I don't miss my fitness routine. Highly recommend!
I like this energy bar for a little caffeine boost before a workout. The caramel almond sea salt flavor is tasty without being too sweet, and the added caffeine gives just the right pick-me-up. Convenient size and perfect for a quick snack. It can become squashed in your bag due to the natural ingredients which is annoying.
These taste good! I keep them on hand for hiking. The size is perfect for a quick energizing snack. They give a nice boost when out on the trail. And they are vegan, which is very important to me. Good quality product.

My favorite energy bar, it has just enough natural caffeine to make you feel awake and alive. It's all natural non GMO, and is sweetened with dates. Not high in calories (and it is satisfyingly big.) Great flavor!
