This oil is amazing!!! It’s helped me soo much 🤩🙌🙌I’m a dog walker and on those days were I’ve had too much fun and need to be ready for the next day I put some on ( with a carrier oil) after a shower and the quality is fabulous it’s so soothing and relaxing and helps me not feel sore the next day!!! I hope you can also enjoy the benefits of this oil!!!
have tried this brand before and I have a big trust of its fine quality ingredients .. I bought it for the benefits I heard about bruises and varicose , the package is little but I hope it is concentrated and composition is well made .. I am known for easily get bruises so I hope to see results .. will updated my review upon results 🤚
I can’t get this in Australia anymore which is a shame, but iHerb sorted me out and it’s really helping me recover from an acute peroneal tendon injury from over use, rub it on twice a day and it’s incredible swelling disappears and the pain is gradually reducing whilst I still keep competing in ultra distance events.
Great for soreness or bumps and bruises as well as for massage, I even use it as a facial moisturizer and find it helps a lot with my skin. There is nothing arnica cant do. I am pleased with the quality of the ingredients and the simple composition, with olive oil and arnica alone. Excellent product.

If you can use this within a few months, it's great to add to carrier oils for massaging. I did notive however, it started to smell a bit rancid after 4 or so months. It was a shame. I probably will buy more and just use it quicker this time, because it was helpful
Oil kinda thick. Clean ingredient. Small size but you don't need much. The oil is very yellow so I guess it can stain ligh clothes.
As an athlete I cannot recommend this stuff enough. I’ve been using it in my nighttime routine as a body oil for sore muscles and it’s beautiful.
