I heard horsetail was good for hair growth so I decided to give these a try. My hair was super dry and breaking off really bad. The directions say take two capsules daily but I started off with one to make sure I didn't have any weird reactions. I did one capsule for about 3 days then bumped it up to two. It's been under two weeks but I washed my hair yesterday and it was SO soft and looked super healthy. It was also a lot more manageable even before straightening it and sleeping on it all night. This is the only new product I've used and I'm blown away. The one downside is the capsule taste like fishfood lol. But other than that, I have no complaints. I have a couple of other vitamins from this brand and they are really good quality so I didn't expect anything less from this product. There are also no sketchy ingredients, just horsetail. Will absolutely be repurchasing!

Good product for hair, but it needs at least three months of use to get results. I used this product for 6 months and got a good result.

Horsetail contains silicon, so it's a great addition to any of your supplements. It strengthens your bones and makes your hair thicker. It takes a few months to see a difference, but it contains silica, which helps hair growth and thickness. My hair was falling out at the top, so I decided to use it, and I saw a big difference. I highly recommend horsetail.
