Solaray is a good quality brand. this ingredient is an essential amino acid which has the benefit of helping to support normal synthesis of proteins and also cleanse the body of certain unwanted elements. I take it as part of a protocol to fix the gut, alongside a strict diet and training regiment. 1-star down for 'rice flour' in the composition. package arrived fine. no taste, but smells like something familiar. capsule size average.

Bought to assist in the dissolution of my dogs’ urinary (struvite) crystals as part of holistic veterinary medicine protocol recommended by our DVM. this may be a good product for anyone who really need it but it didn't do anything for me that i have noticed. it also smell like rotten eggs or something sulfury. i thought it would been great addition to my amino acids but now i think it should be paired with something strategically to maximize the benefit otherwise is just going to waste.

I literally bought this product to combine it with choline and chromium... after taking this 3 stuffs together...the effect and benefits to the liver and kidneys is unbelievable plus further more my energy level spiked...I never felt this way before.. feels great 👍☺️

Even though our bodies have El methionine already I feel that supplementing this for the last several years has been helpful. I have used this product for about 15 years now and take it twice daily. I feel that it helps me process my food and other supplements and gives me more energy.
