I recently watched a lecture about glycine and decided to try it myself. It's a good quality supplement, high-quality ingredient, one capsule has 1000mg of glycine. I've heard that you can take much bigger doses like 8000mg, so I'm gonna try bigger doses as it could help lower inflammation. The size of capsules are not big and easy to consume

I was using 500mg and this only comes in 1000mg. As a female weighing 125lbs, I find I have a hard time waking up in the morning. I’m sleeping through my alarm clock. Not sure if that’s a good thing or not, I will finish my bottle and see if my body regulates itself.
