I started using black cohosh back in 2021 when the epidemic started to stop my hair loss. Black cohosh is often for woman's hormonal health but it is also fantastic for androgenic alopecia when used topically. Highly recommended . This product also had a great price for its size and is quite high quality of ingredients but I wish there was more product as it can only last you about a month. Arrived fast in a small package.

Great supplement! I have been taking 1 at bedtime for a few years now. Biggest benefit: Coupled with AdrenaSense, it stopped my night sweats completely! The active, quality ingredient is black cohosh ROOT extract, which is why you only take 1 capsule a day rather than 5-6 a day of the other brands of black cohosh, which comes from the leaves.

Specifically has helped me with hot flashes, I take red clover and evening primrose oil as well to help with mood, hot flashes, night sweats. Personally this dosage works good for me, I have not needed to try the 540 mg.

This black cohosh package and quality is really good.I take one every evening and even my sleep has improved.No night sweats.My age is 50 and still getting periods quite regularly.

These are good quality and make me feel better and they are a really good price for the size! I think they are really good overall and I did not notice a taste.

The ingredients are great. The size is great. I’m not a big fan of the dosage, but I would say this is the quality vitamin on top of the fact that I really like the brand.
