i love shilajit. it gives me energy and fill the hody with neutrients no other thing can give. my body is stringer ever since i found shilajit and at first it was more noticeable, but my body adjust fast. was injured by medication- cipro, and got neuropathy, fibromyalgia, underactive thyroid. it helps with the debeliating fatigue, depression, not so much about pain. but body feal stronger probably cause it elevate testosterone levels.

back in my childhood was a must take for strong bones and imunity. in a pure form we call it "mumie" (in slavic languages). this solaray extract is economic but far from pure shilajit. but recommend it, anyway

I found out humic and fulvic minerals are great for gut health and detox and I am working on both of these to help with autoimmune issues and pain. I think most people are deficient in minerals because our soils are deficient so taking extra minerals is important.

It feels dummy since it is not full black, even beige powder inside capsules. But its odor is genuine to shilajit. It smeels exactly like shilajit. But I cannot be sure about quality for its color. I hope It will work
