Easy to swallow, no upset stomach or garlic aftertaste. 4.8 mg of allicin. Using it to combat methane SIBO along with Bio Gaia Gastrus blend of Lactobacillus reuteri. FYI, the color of the tabs vary from lot batches according to Solaray customer service. Sometimes they are whiter some are more tan color.
I just finished the bottle but I have yet to have blood test to see if this supplement has helped to lower my cholesterol. It’s odor control really works. I have not heard from anyone that I smell garlic while taking this.

I like that these are enteric coated because they don’t bother my stomach. They dissolve in the intestine instead of the stomach. Good quality and gentle on digestion.

This is my first time eating Garlic pills. I have taken it for about a week but do not see any noticeable difference. It definitely does not have any odor. That is something I do not like when I eat actual garlic, so am glad to be able to have something to eat with similar effect but not have to deal with the taste or smell. It is suppose to have the benefit of increased immunity and helps to manage blood pressure. Will see with time.
