I have taken cayenne liquid extract in the past, for general health benefits. I took it mixed in tomato juice, which is a thick juice, and had no spicy after-effects. I have learned to be more careful with these capsules, to take them after food - not just a snack, but enough to line the stomach - and never around the same time as a carbonated beverage.
I love this cayenne pepper 100,000 HU supplement. I have been using cayenne off and on for several years, and the quality and availability of this product has me using it consistently. The pepper is high quality and with little or no other ingredients, and a vegetarian capsule, it's a winner!

I normally eat a lot of spicy food ands sprinkle cayenne on everything, and take supplements to not only maintain/increase my tolerance of spicy food but also to boost my metabolism. I started with the 40,000 scoville and upgraded to 100,000 when I didn't feel any discomfort. I don't have any discomfort with the 100,000 either so this is a regular part of my morning supplement routine.
been taking this for about 6 months and its helped with my circulation. The only downside is it gives me really bad stomach cramps but not all the time so i started taking 1 capsule once every other day.
