Manganese, Advanced Chelate Complex, 50 mg, 100 VegCaps

Hi, I have read that this mineral will remove plaque from blood vessels. I have recently had to start taking Crestor, 10mg 1 @ nite before bed, as my LDL cholesterol has been elevated for a while. Crestor will stop my liver from making bad cholesterol & perhaps CoQ10 but will not remove any plaque that has already formed, only manganese will do this according to what i have read recently, so i will keep taking it & soon try a reduced dose of Crestor.

This is very good for strengthening the ligaments in the back to hold your spine in place so you don't need chriropractor adjustments. Also, it greatly helps to keep a disc from slipping out of place and even helped put a disc back in place in my back greatly.

iherb refunded my mistake purchase. I already had another brand which supposedly had 1000 mg manganese and it had not helped my frozen shoulder. I assumed 50g would be a low ineffective dose and let this languish for months unopened. I started taking it, and this must contain the dose of manganese ingredients stated, because within days I noticed improvement. needless to say, I ditched the other brand and it's dubious contents for this. the price and quality make it cost effective. the pills are easy to swallow and the size of 100 capsules is an excellent value.
