I've tried many brands, this is one of the very few that actually delivers the desired effect. Warning, when the bottle says take one, just take one.
I take it to give me more energy during work and workouts. May be working a little nothing extraordinary. Do not know if i will order again.

haven't tried this yet so not sure how it will work yet but solaray is a good quality company
It does reduce, suppress apetite, but also gives slight stomach pain, cramps. Maybe a probiotic would help with this. Only took a couple of times to see if it will always have the same effect. Some say it's best to use a HCl form of yohimbine for purity.
I think This is great supplement , good quality ,good ingredient and I have trust in this brand... Good size, dosage, nice package... easy to use... nice taste for me ...
makes me too jittery. the taste is fine and the ingredients are good but maybe too effective, i felt jittery all day and also had a little too much effect down there. maybe that's why people take it but it was too much, I mean there is a time and place. anyway, soloray products are good it just didn't benefit me in this case.
If you haven't tried anything for weight loss, you may want to try this one out. It's great for vegans and it's also great for my body. I feel a difference in the way I feel. I have lost some weight but it may be a combination of supplements I take. You could try it out and see if something transpires for you. I love Solaray products, always great!
I use them to create a formula for my own pre-workout because most pre-workouts are full of crap. I trust the quality in Solaray supplements for years. The size of the capsule is adequate too and easy to swallow. Keep your dosage at 1 cap to start because this stuff is marketed for men and am a woman. I use it for energy because caffeine is not enough.
The quality of the goods is good, the goods are according to the order, the size and shape are appropriate, the packaging is also neat, good for building muscle mass, helping with sports training.
