I keep this in my bathroom for those mornings when I need a bit of clean up, if you know what I mean. Fill it with warm water and you have an instant bidet. The bottle is just the right size and I like that it is a bit shorter than the one I used to have - it fits better and is much easier to use and more effective. I plan to get another one for my other bathroom!
When needing/wanting to use this type of item I always search for ones that allow me to clean faster. This particular bottle can be filled with several more ounces than all the other models from brands I had found in the past. That was my main reason for choosing it. Also, after arrival I found out that although sturdy the "squeeze" area of the bottle is very flexible. It's so easy to use it without having to press too hard that I can comfortably handle it with only one hand. The choice of using only one hand has made it an outstanding peri bottle for me. It's so good that I had added it to my "making your days easier at any stage of life/stage of health" gift basket for friends. I recommend it for everyone.
Burrow this buckwheat hull pillow under my neck and it stays cool all night. The organic cotton casing is densely woven. I unzip and add or remove filling to adjust loft. The carrying handle makes it a travel essential.
I already own one of these and was very impressed with the quality, so I ordered another. The bottle is sturdy, easy to use, and feels well made. A great postpartum essential.
For postpartum mothers who want to have a clean and easy way to clean up
its a must have for pp recover. I had a c section and thought I would not need this peri bottle, but I was wrong. as a new mom, you will not have the luxury of showering multiple times a day ( or even every day!) but keeping that perineum area clean is crucial for proper healing. peri bottle comes so handy for a quick refresh , couldnt imagine first weeks without it
This makes it soooo much easier to spray your area after having a baby than those bottles they give you at the hospital. Larger volume for water in this one and you actually can spray until it's empty while it's upside down. I bought 3 to use postpartum, one for each bathroom. Well worth the money. It also comes with a little carry case and a cap for the end in case you need to travel with it. The spout also collapses (but not when there is water in it) which makes it good for storage.

Oh my gosh. Get this. And then tell everyone you know who may give birth to also get this. It’s gentle and easy to use and has helped immensely after I’ve given birth. Don’t know what I’d have done without it.
This is not the best portable bidet I have used, but it does get the job done. Harder to clean than some of the other ones.
