This is a good quality niacin. I really like the amount of capsules per bottle. I usually take 2 capsules before bed, on an empty stomach, because I like the flush. It's easy to swallow with some water. No weird taste or smell. The capsule size is not too big. The bottle is big and has a screw-on cap. In summary, I like it and would get it again if the price is right.
The quality is great: one straightforward ingredient (niacin, vitamin B3) with consistent potency. The bottle package arrived sealed and intact, and the size of the capsules is easy to swallow. There’s essentially no taste or aftertaste. Effects: I notice a gentle energy lift and support for normal metabolism and nervous system function when taken with meals. The classic niacin flush shows up for me about 15–30 minutes after a dose—warmth and tingling that fades in ~30–45 minutes. Taking it with food and plenty of water makes it more manageable. (Avoid hot drinks around the dose if you’re sensitive.) Clarification: this is niacin (B3), not folic acid (B9), in case anyone is comparing products. Overall effect has been exactly what I expected from a 100 mg niacin: reliable, budget-friendly, and easy to fit into a routine. Great value with 240 caps.
A lot of niacin products contain 500mg which is too high. It's better to take smaller doses several times a day and this 100mg is perfect for that. And price is unbeatable and I like the fact that it's available in large quantity (240cap) in a bottle, it's a great value.
Started taking as recommended by my doctor. She forgot to mention that at the dose she wanted me to take I’d turn into the human torch 😂. Slowly building up tolerance. Glad i didn’t buy the 500mg pills. Time will tell if it benefits. Capsules are easy to swallow. And packaging actually warns of side effects of flush, itching and tingling.
If you take it hour to hour and a half before sleep on an empty stomach after the flush your body temperature cools down and you get sleepy it promotes a better sleep quality
I originally ordered the 500 mg of this brand of Niacin. It was making my husband sick outside of the suggested flush. I did more research and it was suggested also after discussing with his doctor that he may need a lower dose. He has been taking the 100mg and is now taking 200mg with no issues. Will have to report desired changes we are hoping for. He has not reported any issues with taste or smell as they are capsules. Personally I wish they were caplets that could have been cut in half.

i use Niacin as part of my detox and feel good protocol, like will all niacin some people might feel a flush on there skin i personally like the flush i do higher doses when combined with a sauna good product and will buy again
