i likr nutricost rice vs quality, but this one I cud only add 1/4 tea spoon to my organic cacao, else it is too sweet. of course Leucine in it is bitter, so they need to cover it. i guess i need to buy the plain type and mixing the 2 together.

I got this to take 30 minutes before the workout. I mix it with half a dose of whey protein, it provides me with necessary amino acids.

Very disappointed in this product as there was false information about the ingredients on the website vs to what I received and read on the packaging. It did not mention it has sugar however on the actual product it’s mentioned it has MALTODEXTRIN 👎👎👎
